Rosewood Little Athletics Centre is a vibrant and inclusive sports club located in Ipswich City, Queensland. The club is dedicated to promoting family-friendly activities, fostering a love for athletics, and encouraging healthy lifestyles among children and their families.

The highlight of the Rosewood Little Athletics Centre calendar is the annual Little Athletics season, which runs from September to March. The season kicks off with a Sign On day and Try Out session on Saturday 2nd September 2023, where new athletes can experience the sport and returning athletes can participate in training. Throughout the season, athletes have the opportunity to compete in a series of competition days held on Saturdays. The club also takes part in regional and state competitions, providing a pathway for talented athletes to showcase their skills.

In addition to the athletic events, Rosewood Little Athletics Centre provides a range of social activities and events for athletes and their families. These include a free BBQ on the Sign On day, a Christmas Pool Party during the school holidays, and an end-of-season presentation ceremony. The club aims to create a supportive and inclusive community, where families can connect, form friendships, and enjoy the Littles Athletics experience together.

Rosewood Little Athletics Centre is led by a dedicated committee, comprised of passionate volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the club. The Committee provides organisational and administrative support, managing registrations, coordinating events, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club. The Committee includes a Centre Manager, Treasurer, Secretary, Registrar, Recording Officer, Technical Officer, Tiny Tots Coordinator, Equipment/Grounds Officers, Canteen Coordinator, Uniforms Officer, and General Committee Members.

As an essential part of the Ipswich City community, Rosewood Little Athletics Centre is proud to be supported by local Member of Parliament, Jim Madden, who serves as the Official Patron of the club. The club is grateful for his ongoing support and commitment to encouraging grassroots athletics.
