Welcome to Sandgate Golf Club, one of Queensland’s oldest nine-hole golf courses in a natural setting. Established in 1921, our beautiful waterside facility is located just 16 km from Brisbane’s CBD and only 15 minutes from Brisbane’s International Airport. The Shorncliffe Railway station is conveniently located next door, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors.
At Sandgate Golf Club, we pride ourselves on offering a friendly and relaxed atmosphere to all. We are a community Golf Club that welcomes social golfers and offers a range of facilities to cater to their needs. Our golf course and clubhouse facilities are open to social golfers after 11am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and after 3pm on Saturdays (following club competitions). On most Fridays and Sundays, the course has availability for social golfers.
Please note that course bookings are essential, so be sure to call the clubhouse at 07 3269 3252 to secure your spot.
Our course features stunning views of the surrounding natural landscape and is suitable for golfers of all skill levels. We also have a variety of amenities to enhance your golfing experience, including motorised carts for hire, a bar where you can purchase gift cards, and yellow tees specifically designed for social players.
