At She Move Dance Fitness Studio, we specialise in pole dance, adult dance fitness, and silk & aerial classes. Our studio is located in Perth, and we are dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for people of all fitness levels to explore and excel in these disciplines.
Our pole dance classes are designed for beginners and provide a great introduction to the art of pole dancing. We offer trial classes for those who are new to pole dance, allowing them to experience the excitement and benefits first-hand. Our instructors are experienced and passionate about pole dance fitness, ensuring that each class is engaging and enjoyable.
For those interested in aerial arts, our silk & aerial classes are a perfect option. Silkmoves is our signature aerial dance course, often described as “ballet on air. ” The classes are physically challenging but also awe-inspiring and beautiful. Our instructors are internationally trained aerial arts performers who prioritise safety and fun in their teaching.
Each class includes a warm-up and stretch session specifically designed for aerial dance students.
She Move Dance Fitness Studio offers more than just classes. We aim to create a supportive and encouraging community for our students. We provide free practise time on the aerial silks at our studio, as well as a generous make-up class option for missed classes. Furthermore, we also host regular workshops and events to further enhance our students' skills and knowledge in pole dance and aerial arts.
