Shellz Swim Centre: The centre started in 2007 by Michelle Allie (Chelle). Chelle and her team are all Austswim and CPR qualified swimming teachers with years of experience behind them.
Chelle and her team are passionate not only about teaching children how to swim, but also how to be safe, confident and love the water.
Lessons: Swimming lessons are available all year round from infants to 11 years olds. Private classes are also available.
Classes consist of 4 students per session.

— Term dates: Lessons in 2016 begin 1st February and follow the Tasmanian four school terms. Classes may be held during holiday periods.
Pool details: At the shallow end the pool is 1 metre deep, the pool slowly inclines to 2 metres at the deep end.
During Winter the water temperature is kept at a lovely warm 32–34 degrees and 30–34 degrees in the Summer.
The centre also has a large separate change room and shower facilities.
