

At Shigan Martial Arts Wallsend we focus our training on the body and the mind – strong minds create strong bodies. We offer a traditional taekwondo base supplemented with boxing, grappling, and self-defence techniques to create a well-rounded martial artist. Our talented instructor team are from a range of backgrounds and complement each other with a balance of youth and experience. Our students are all ages and when we train we like to get sweaty.
