Shim-Bu-Kai has been in operation since 1984 training in traditional Japanese Karate.
Based in Morwell training is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays; Juniors at 6pm Seniors at 7pm.
Traditional Japanese Karate will give you body control and self-confidence; we train in combat and self-defence, sparring, tournament preparations and are very well recognised for our achievements.
We are apart of a brotherhood dedicated to karate disciplines while having a great time in and outside of training.
