Skipping is a very dynamic and exciting sport. It helps in the development of an individuals fitness and co-ordinations, and is used by a number of other sporting codes and athletes for aerobic fitness.
Competitive skipping takes this activity to the next level.
Skipping Queensland was incorporated in August 2003 with the intention of assisting in the development of skipping clubs throughout Queensland. Skipping Queensland delivers workshops to coaches, clubs, and skippers throughout the state.
Although competitive skipping is a relatively new sport, the skippers from Queensland have had tremendous National and International success.
