We teach a Freestyle Karate knowen as Gōki-Kai Karate-Do. Although we focus on a self-defence type philosophy. We do like to use some sporting principles and also offer participation in competitions as a testing ground for those who are interested. This ensuring our continuous innovation and improvement.
