Gymnasts execute leaps, balances, rotations, dance, and acrobatic skills while manipulating hand apparatus such as Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon. Each apparatus is unique in its movements and requires a high degree of hand-eye coordination while being bounced, rolled and thrown in harmony with gymnast and music.
