Active, build strength and flexibility, and foster a love for dance. Our classes for girls aged 5 to 12 years old are designed to be engaging, fun, and inclusive. We focus on building self-esteem and confidence, while also teaching dance techniques in a supportive environment. Our experienced teachers create a positive atmosphere where every girl is encouraged to shine and reach their full potential.

Our teen classes are designed specifically for girls aged 13 to 16 years old. We understand the unique challenges that teenagers face and aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for them to express themselves through dance. Physie helps build resilience, develop teamwork skills, and boost self-confidence. Our teen classes are a great way to stay active and make lifelong friendships in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our senior classes cater to our more experienced dancers aged 17 years and over. These classes are perfect for those who want to continue their passion for dance or start a new hobby. We offer advanced techniques and choreography that challenge and inspire our senior members. Physie is a great way to stay fit, embrace your love for dance, and connect with like-minded individuals.

Our ladies' classes are open to women of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a beginner or have previous dance experience, our classes provide a fun and inclusive space for you to explore the art of physie. We focus on improving fitness, flexibility, and coordination, while also fostering a strong sense of community and friendship among our members. It's never too late to start dancing!

Surfers Paradise Physical Culture Club has been serving the Gold Coast community since 1982. With over 100 members spanning all age groups, we are proud to offer a welcoming and fun environment for girls and ladies of all abilities. As a not-for-profit club, we strive to make physie classes affordable and accessible for everyone.

Our classes run from February to October, culminating in optional individual and team competitions at the end of the year. We believe in keeping costs low, so our members only need one leotard or performance wear for the entire year, with the option to purchase second-hand items. There are no expensive costumes or footwear required.

Our classes are held at Bellevue Park State School in Southport on Mondays and Wednesdays. We provide a detailed class schedule on our website, and classes start on February 6, 2023. Please note that class times may vary slightly depending on class size and the progress of the year.
