Swansea Sharks Swimming Club is a family friendly club ranging in ages from Under 6 through to adult.
Club nights are held on a Tuesday night from October through to March, from 6pm at Swansea Swim Centre.
Swimmers are graded according to their individual ability for each stroke and every week, swimmers can participate in three events: freestyle, formstroke and open.
Times are recorded for each swim and swimmers are graded in freestyle and formstroke events according to times swum. Points are then allocated to swimmers according to the point score system. Throughout the regular season, swimmers race against their best time for an event, not the person in the next lane.
Swansea Sharks Swimming Club members have the opportunity to swim at District Carnivals (subject to qualifying times) and opportunities are available throughout the season to be involved in Development Squads.
