TFT Sports & Event Management

TFT Sports & Event Management is a sports club located in Sunshine Coast, Australia. The club is proud to present a wonderful series of Performance Sports Events, including Schoolaerobics, which is the largest interschool Sportaerobic competition for Primary and Secondary School Students throughout Australia. The event brings together schools, kids, parents, coaches, teachers, clubs, and families in fun and healthy competitions.

Schoolaerobics offers sections for Future Legends, Primary, Secondary, and Old Skool (adults), allowing people of all ages to participate. The event caters to novice, intermediate, and elite competitors, starting from regional events and leading up to the national championships.

The aim of Schoolaerobics is to provide students with an opportunity to improve their fitness, confidence, health, and self-esteem through participation in a healthy and fun competition. The event promotes exercise, fitness, team spirit, self-pride, and fun as a way of life, instilling these values in Australian kids from a young age.

Schoolaerobics has a rich history, with the competition originally piloted in Victoria in 1989. Since then, it has grown to cater to over 900 school teams, with more than 14,000 competitors, in all states and territories of Australia. As the event enters its 30th year, athletes from every state and territory continue to register, making it a truly national competition.

Schoolaerobics is not only a competitive event but also a fun-filled experience. With over 14,000 competitors providing positive feedback about their experience, it is evident that Schoolaerobics brings joy to participants.

To get started with Schoolaerobics, interested parties can contact TFT Sports & Event Management's head office, and a Starters Package will be provided. The event offers sections for all ages and abilities, catering to beginners as well as experienced choreographers and athletes. For those who are not yet confident to choreograph their own routines, Stage 1, Stage 2, and Creative Stage options are available, which include a 10-class lesson plan, a teaching DVD, ready-to-perform music, and an entry fee paid for one team at the State prelims or Spring Event.

The official Rules and Guidelines and Entry Forms are released in late January each year and are emailed to all registered schools, clubs, and coaches.
