Tactical Zen Self-Defence Systems is a sports club located in the beautiful suburb of Altona/Seaholme, Victoria, Australia. The club offers high-quality instruction and training in three main categories: reality-based self-defence system, Taekwondo, and Arnis.

In the reality-based self-defence system, students are taught practical techniques and strategies to defend themselves against real-life threats and attacks. This category focuses on developing situational awareness, effective striking, grappling, and ground fighting techniques. Students will learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones in various challenging scenarios.

Taekwondo, a Korean martial art, is another discipline taught at Tactical Zen. This practise combines powerful kicks, strikes, and blocking techniques.
