Frequently Asked Questions
We run recreational and competitive rhythmic gymnastics for gymnasts from 5 years of age, building coordination, flexibility, apparatus skills, and confidence in performing. Gymnasts can also take part in our annual display night and competitions.
Training details are available through our calendar and by contacting the club to discuss the right pathway for your gymnast.
