Welcome to Taree Motorcycle Club, a family-friendly dirt track racing club located in Greater Taree City Council. We cater to racers young and old, welcoming all motorcycle enthusiasts to join our club as competitors, spectators, volunteers, or officials. With a long and proud history, Taree Motorcycle Club and its track have been serving dirt track racing enthusiasts for almost 60 years, as well as entertaining the local community with various race meetings.
Our goal is to ensure the club's strength and viability for the future by consolidating its current position and expanding and improving as necessary. We have hosted Australian Championship events and are best known for our iconic Troy Bayliss Classic held in January each year. Our club normally meets on the first Sunday of every month for races or practise, but we also offer additional riding opportunities throughout the year, so be sure to check out our race calendar for more information.
We have two tracks, each approximately 500m long, with a dirt surface that is oiled and rolled flat to create a fast and consistent racing surface. Motocross style bikes with road bike tyres are best suited for our unique track surface. Whether you want to race at Taree Motorcycle Club, get involved with club operations, or simply enjoy watching some spectacular motorcycle racing, please feel free to get in contact with us.
