When you join Team Fitness, you gain access to our complete training and recovery centre. We have a vast free weight and machine weight area, an extensive cardio zone, a HIIT training zone, and three group fitness studios. Our facilities are designed to cater to your every fitness need, ensuring you have everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals.
For recovery and injury prevention, we have the Team Fitness Sports Clinic located upstairs. This clinic is home to A-Line Moves Sports Physiotherapy and our in-house Remedial Massage Therapists. We believe that taking care of your body is just as important as pushing it to its limits, and our dedicated clinic ensures that you have access to the best recovery services available.
In addition to our top-notch facilities and recovery centre, we also offer a wide range of services to cover all your training and recovery needs. From memberships and personal training to group fitness classes and private group training, we have everything you need to make your fitness journey a success.
We understand that convenience is essential, which is why our club is staffed 24/7, allowing you access to our facilities whenever it suits you best. Our staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 10:45 am and 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and on weekends from 8:30 am to 11:30 am.
