Welcome to the Temora Auskick Centre, located in Temora Shire Council, Australia. Temora Auskick Centre is a top-notch sports club that aims to get kids active and foster lasting friendships through the NAB AFL Auskick programme. As the leading participation programme in Australia, NAB AFL Auskick provides an introduction to Australian Football and teaches invaluable life skills in a fun and engaging way.
At Temora Auskick Centre, game-based activities are cleverly disguised as play, ensuring that children not only learn the fundamentals of Aussie Rules but also have a blast while doing so. One of the best things about NAB AFL Auskick is that children can start participating in the programme in the calendar year they turn 5, and prior experience in Aussie Rules is not required. Parents also have ample opportunities to get involved and participate alongside their children.
The experience at Temora Auskick Centre can best be described as “organised chaos” – an incredibly enjoyable and highly active environment for children to thrive. To prioritise safety and fairness, we divide Auskickers into age-appropriate groups and even offer optional all-girls sessions. Our Auskickers will feel right at home on the footy field, all while laughing, learning, and making new friends. Each session runs for just one hour per week, and there's no need for expensive kit – children can wear whatever they feel comfortable in.
Apart from the numerous social and physical benefits, enrolling your child in NAB AFL Auskick at Temora Auskick Centre comes with a host of exciting perks. Auskickers receive a unique pack of exclusive footy goodies, an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice (which includes access to games! And the opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes – truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We believe that parents play a crucial role in creating a fun and inclusive environment at Temora Auskick Centre. From coordinating activities to simply encouraging their children, families are encouraged to actively participate and support their young Auskickers.
