

Terrigal Physical Culture Club is a well-established sports club located on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Affiliated with the BjP School of Physical Culture, the club has been running for over 30 years, starting in 1977 as Point Clare Club before moving to its current location in Terrigal.
Terrigal Physical Culture Club offers classes for girls and women of all ages, starting from 3 years old. The club specialises in Physical Culture, also known as Physie, which combines dance and sport to promote confidence, good posture, strength, fitness, and flexibility. The classes are choreographed by BjP Physical Culture to the latest, age-appropriate music.
The club holds classes three days a week at its Terrigal location. It prides itself on being a friendly and welcoming club, with a focus on building strong relationships among its members. The club encourages all members to participate in individual and team competitions held throughout the year, although participation is not compulsory.
The Terrigal Physical Culture Club has a dedicated committee that oversees its operations. In 2023, the committee is composed of President Julia Slape, Vice President Tina Harridge, Secretary Melinda Morris, Assistant Secretary Ashleigh Morris, Treasurer Sue Burnett, Assistant Treasurer Megan Rose, Fundraisers Megan Bancroft and Veronica Young, Public Officer Melinda Morris, and Child Protection Officer Tina Harridge.
