The Fight Lab is a well-established sports club located in the vibrant city of Sydney. It was founded with a strong passion for martial arts, a shared vision of providing high-quality training, and an unwavering commitment to making learning easy and accessible for all individuals. Since its establishment in 2000, The Fight Lab has had the privilege of assisting numerous students in acquiring foundational skills, developing new techniques, and confidently progressing in their martial arts journey.
Led by the highly-experienced and respected Head Coach, Kon Pappy, The Fight Lab is dedicated to instilling the values of passion, honour, and discipline among its students. Kon Pappy boasts an impressive martial arts career spanning over 30 years. He has competed at both National and International levels in various disciplines such as Wrestling, Sports Jiu-Jitsu, Pankration, Sambo, MMA, and Boxing. With a track record of success, Kon has successfully trained over 20 state and national champions.
He is also the current coach for the World Federation Pangration Athlima and a former 4-time World veteran's champion. His expertise is further reinforced by his Diploma in Sports Coaching and Diploma in Fitness, along with his Pankration 7th Level certification.
At The Fight Lab, a diverse range of classes are offered to cater to individuals of all ages and experience levels. These classes include Pankration/MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Little Spartans (designed for children), Personal Training, Boxing, Kickboxing, Kids Kickboxing, and Kudo. Each class is carefully crafted to provide comprehensive training, ensuring students receive the necessary skills, knowledge, and techniques to excel in their chosen discipline.
