At HIIT-Locker, we challenge the way things are done at the gym. We don’t believe workouts should take you over an hour to complete. We don’t believe you need to constantly ‘eat clean’ to reach your goals.
What we do believe is that your training should be intense, social, and fun. That you should know how to fuel your body correctly. And that you should train feeling as though you’re part of a team.
HIIT-Locker sessions can last anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes depending on the programme. As it is taxing on the body, we’ll also take care of your recovery.
