With over 80 classes per week, adults can choose from a variety of dance styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Salsa, and Le Bop. The Space also offers casual dance classes for kids and teens, ranging from ages 2 to 16, catering to various dance abilities and interest levels. The studio prides itself on providing a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging dancers to explore and expand their dance horizons.

In addition to regular dance classes, The Space also offers short courses, allowing dancers to try new and different dance styles and find their personal favourites. The Taste of Dance short course is the perfect opportunity to discover the artist within you and experience a variety of dance moves you never thought possible.

The Space Dance & Arts Centre boasts eight state-of-the-art studios available for hire. Whether you're a professional dancer, choreographer, or a dance enthusiast, you'll find the perfect space to practise, rehearse, or create. The studio is also equipped with a Skydeck, an exceptional venue for performances, exhibitions, video and photography shoots, and dance events.

They also offer a Dance in Schools programme, providing incursions and excursions to schools, giving students the opportunity to experience the joy and benefits of dance. They support the Uluru Statement From The Heart, which calls for an advisory body to the Federal Government consisting of First Nations people. The Space believes that enshrining The Voice in the constitution will help create continuity and guarantee that no government can silence the voices of First Nations people.
