

I serve people who need to be less stressed, crave stillness and desperately want relaxation for their mind and body. Through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness I show them how to create stillness in their mind, lose tension in their body while sprinkling in a dash of humour.
I’ve got a Diploma of Yoga Teaching, Certificate of Meditation Teaching, Certificate IV of Training & Assessment, Diploma of Professional Writing and a Bachelor of Business.
And when I’m not teaching yoga, meditation and planning classes, I can be found running after my puppy, endlessly searching for more colourful yoga leggings and possibly eating cheese whilst having a glass of wine.
