Tocumwal Martial Arts runs Kidz Muay Thai and Adult Muay Thai classes every Wednesday night at the Tocumwal Memorial Hall. Classes are held in a family friendly environment where anybody wanting to learn self-defence or just looking to improve their fitness levels are welcome to participate.
Kidz Muay Thai classes are for children aged between 7-16yo, and adults classes are for those aged between 16- 65yo.
Weekly cost is $8 for kids & $10 for adults.

We run Kidz and Adults Muay Thai and Self Defence classes for everyone from age 5 and above.
Monday nights include Kids Beginners 5:30pm to 6:15pm, Kids Intermediate 6:15pm to 7pm, and Adults 7pm to 8pm.
Classes are held at the Tocumwal Memorial War Hall in Tocumwal.
