To adapt to this new environment, the club devised a strategic plan centred around a clear goal: to compete in a Grand Final within three years and secure a West Gippsland Football Netball Competition premiership within five years. Achieving an extraordinary feat, the Reserves team claimed their first-ever Grand Final victory in 2019, marking a momentous occasion for the club.
