Toorak East Malvern Hockey Club (TEM) is a prominent and successful sports club located in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs. The club boasts a Men and Women's Senior section, Mixed teams, as well as boys and girls Junior teams ranging from U8s to U16s. Additionally, TEM offers relaxed Masters, Summer, and Indoor sections. For those new to the sport, TEM organises various introductory Hook In2 Hockey sessions throughout the year.

The club's home games are held at the well-equipped Hawthorn-Malvern Hockey Centre on Auburn Road in Hawthorn. The pitches are modern and artificial, providing optimal playing conditions. The facility also provides ample parking and is conveniently located off the Monash Freeway. The grounds are shared with Hawthorn Hockey Club.

TEM Hockey Club takes pride in acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation, on which the club is situated. The club also respects and acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of lands throughout Victoria and Australia.

Registration for the upcoming 2023 winter season is now open. TEM looks forward to an exciting season and warmly welcomes new players. The club offers a range of teams for both men and women, including top League and premier League Reserves teams. Women also have teams in Pennants A, B, C, E, and Metro, while men compete in Pennants A, B, C, E, and Metro.

TEM's Junior section is thriving, with the club being one of the few to have Mixed Shield and Girls' Shields teams in each of the U12, U14, and U16 competitions. For older members, Masters and Open Age mid-week teams provide a friendly and social environment.

TEM is committed to keeping its fees affordable for its members and has decided not to increase fees for the 2023 season. Separate fees are required for Hockey Victoria and Hockey Australia, which all players must pay before commencing play.
