Trampoline gymnastics takes the recreation of bouncing in your backyard trampoline to a whole extra level. Since its induction in the Olympics, in Sydney 2000, trampoline gymnastics has seen athletes flip, twist and tuck themselves to new heights. Primarily performed as a single sport, there is also a tandem option.
