United Bright Football and Netball Club (UBFNC) is a sports club located in the beautiful Alpine Shire of Australia. Established in 1890, the club has become an integral part of the vibrant community in Bright. UBFNC is a proud member of the Ovens & King Football and Netball League (OKFNL) since 1955.
The club fields eight teams, including three football teams and five netball teams. With over 150 dedicated athletes, UBFNC is committed to nurturing and coaching players to not only excel in their chosen sports but also to become outstanding individuals in the community. The club's main goals include developing the club and supporting youth, providing top-quality equipment and facilities, and operating sustainably.
In 2019, UBFNC achieved great success by winning the Under 19 O&KFNL topship. The club's achievements in the previous season include several individual accolades for both footballers and netballers. Nick Lebish and Jarrod Hayse were named in the O&K Team of the Year, Ross Hedley was the Runner Up Best & Fairest in the Reserves, and Alexander Dalbosco was awarded the Best & Fairest and MVP in the U/19s football team. Furthermore, Jessica Barnik was the leading goal shooter in B Reserve netball, and Ashlee Farmer claimed the Best & Fairest and MVP titles in the U/15s netball team.
UBFNC boasts a modern pavilion with ample parking space for several hundred cars, including semi-trailer access and full turning circles. The pavilion features a separate meeting room, a large function area, a commercial kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and a bar area. The venue also has a large outdoor deck area and heating/cooling facilities. In addition, the pavilion houses change rooms, a first aid room, umpire change rooms, and accessible toilets.

UBFNC is excited to announce the signing of Gary Moorcroft for the upcoming season, highlighting the club's commitment to attracting top talent. Grand Final Day for the O&KFNL is set to take place at the W J Findlay Oval in Wangaratta on September 16, 2023.
