Owner/Manager, George Mindis has been involved int the Martial Arts since 1975, practising in the art of Tae Kwon Do, before joining Zen do Kai in 1980.
We cater for those that just want to get fit and have fun without the bruises, to a more challenging enviroment, with Full Contact Rules in the Square Ring.
