Welcome to Walloon State School Auskick Centre, located in Ipswich City! We are a proud member of the NAB AFL Auskick programme, which is Australia's leading participation programme designed to help kids get active and form lasting friendships.

At Walloon State School Auskick Centre, we believe in introducing kids to the exciting world of Australian Football while also teaching them invaluable life skills. Our game-based activities make learning disguised as playing, ensuring that children have fun while developing important physical and social skills. The best part is, children can start Auskick in the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of their prior Aussie Rules experience.

Sessions at our Auskick Centre run for one hour per week and are filled with organised chaos that we like to call perfect fun. To ensure safe and fair play, we divide Auskickers by age and even offer optional all-girls groups. This allows children to feel comfortable on the footy field and encourages them to laugh and learn along the way. Additionally, there's no need for expensive kit as Auskickers can wear whatever they feel most comfortable in.

By registering to play at our Auskick Centre, your child will not only benefit from friendships and family time but also receive a unique pack of exclusive footy goodies. They will also become an Auskick Junior Club Member for the AFL club of their choice, granting them access to games and even the chance to participate in halftime matches alongside their footy heroes in the AFL and AFLW elite matches.

Parents play a critical role in the NAB AFL Auskick programme, and we make it easy for you to get involved. Whether it's coordinating activities, getting actively involved, or simply encouraging your child, we welcome your participation in creating a fun and inclusive environment for all Auskickers.
