Welcome to White Space Yoga, a boutique yoga studio located in the heart of Camberwell, just minutes away from Hawthorn, Balwyn, and Glen Iris. At White Space Yoga, we aim to bring balance and a sense of wellbeing to your life, while also toning your body, increasing your energy levels, and countering the effects of stress through the practise of yoga.
One of the unique features of our studio is our special garden outlook. With a beautiful garden surrounding the studio, we provide a serene and peaceful space for you to grow and develop your yoga practise. In the winter, the studio is warm and cosy, while in the summer, a fresh cool breeze sweeps through the space from the lush garden. During the summer months, we even offer special classes conducted in the beautiful garden space, allowing you to connect with nature while practising yoga.
At White Space Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga styles to cater to all levels of experience. We have Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Yin Yoga classes available. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our classes are designed to provide a balance for the physical and mental stresses of our modern-day lives. Our experienced instructors, Susan and Clare, will guide you through your practise and offer modifications and variations to suit your individual needs.
