The professionally choreographed syllabus incorporates various dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, aerobic dance, and pilates. Set to a vibrant soundtrack of upbeat pop music, the innovative choreography changes annually to provide maximum variety, age-appropriate skill development, and most importantly, fun!

Each session begins with a warm-up and stretching routine, followed by posture practise and learning new dance routines. For the younger participants, fun games are incorporated to keep their energy levels high.
