YCT Dance Academy

For years YCT Dance Academy has been training students to further their careers in dance with a huge success rate. At YCT we are looking for talented, eager, creative and determined students that are looking for a career in dance or just wanting to dance for fun. We want to train you to the best of your ability while providing a safe and fun environment to be in. Here at YCT we strive to give children the best of the industry while keeping technical precision.

Located at 66 Felton Street, Gateshead, YCT is easy to get to, with multiple transport options and plenty of car parks.

Past YCT students have worked for great Choreographers such as The Squared Division, Cameron Mitchell and Marko Panzic for artists such as Delta Goodrem, Zoe Badwi, Justice Crew and Ricki-Lee. Others have gone off to Tokyo Disneyland, P&O Crusies, Home, and Away and starred in musicals.

We believe everyone is unique and has something to put forward. Classes are kept small to ensure that each students is giving individual attention and utilise time to he best of our ability.

At YCT we offer: Tap, LGTDA, Classical Ballet, RAD, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, JFH, Character, Private Tuition and Group Work.

Don't want to commit to every week? Thats fine! We do also offer solos. Meaning a student can be taught a routine by one of our amazing choreographers in just a few lessons, and it is theres to keep and perform as they wish.
