

The YogaFrogs series of children's yoga is suitable for most children with the ability to stretch and breathe and have loads of fun!
It is not a fast energy burning, muscle hardening activity. It is based on gentle movements of standard yoga positions and breathing techniques which tone muscles, massage internal organs; stretching the entire body to help create flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
