Our diverse timetable offers a range of classes to suit your individual needs and goals. We offer YIN yoga, which focuses on deep stretching and relaxation, as well as Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, beginners' classes, and all levels yoga classes. Most of our classes are conducted in a warm room, which aids in joint and muscle movement and encourages the release of toxins through sweating. However, we also offer some classes at room temperature for those who prefer a cooler environment.

Located in the heart of Chatswood, on Sydney's lower North Shore, our studio is easily accessible to residents of Artarmon, Willoughby, Middle Cove, Castle Cove, Castlecrag, North Sydney, St Leonards, Roseville, Lindfield, Killara, Ryde, Eastwood, Epping, Lane Cove, and Gordon. We are just a short 5-minute walk from Chatswood train station.

Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors are always available to answer any questions and provide guidance and modifications as needed. To get started, we offer various pricing options, including a 15-day unlimited Intro Pass for new yogis at just $59, giving you the opportunity to try multiple classes and find what works best for you. We also have a Crazy Intro Pass offer for just $3. 95 per day, allowing you to attend as many classes as you like within a single day.

To book your classes, you can visit our website or give us a call. Walk-ins are also allowed, although we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Please note that there is a charge for no-shows, so if you are unable to make it to a class, please let us know in advance.
