Yoga Sivana

One of Sydney’s first yoga eco-studios, Yoga Sivana uses and promotes sustainable and organic yoga props and products. “By taking part in the movement towards sustainable living, we are reconnecting with a deeper awareness of ourselves as part of the larger whole.

Sivana means Oasis of Enlightenment and our motto “Live Your Light” is about awakening you to your own inner light and inspiring you to live more consciously, wholeheartedly and authentically connected to your Self and your highest purpose. It is a reminder to shift our awareness to view ourselves within the larger context of what we bring to the world, and like each time in class when we say “Namaste” to one another- meaning “The Light in me, honours the Light in you”- it' is a reminder on this deeper level, we are all One.
