With a history of 20 years of serving the Adelaide yoga community, Yoga Spirit Studios is one of Adelaide's oldest and most respected traditional Yoga and Meditation centres. At Yoga Spirit Studios, owner and principal Yoga teacher, Vani Shukla, brings her extensive experience of over 20 years in practise, study, and teaching Yoga. Vani passionately advocates for the life-changing benefits of Yoga, which encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Yoga Spirit Studios is a community that believes Yoga is for everyone. The centre offers a variety of classes suitable for all levels, including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Slow Flow, and Vinyasa Flow. The motto of Yoga Spirit Studios is “Yoga is a spiritual practise having a physical aspect, but it is not a physical practise having a spiritual aspect.
