Yoga West is located at 1215 West Street, right next door to the Napa Valley Bike Shop and directly across from the Tuesday/Saturday Napa Farmers Market. Street parking is always available, and on non-market days, there is ample parking in the large parking lot across the street.
For those who don't have their own yoga gear, Yoga West provides loaner top-of-the-line mats and props from Manduka, free of charge. They also have an in-studio boutique featuring a beautifully curated collection of yoga props and clothing, jewellery, apothecary products, water, and healthy snacks.
The studio is proud to have highly-skilled and experienced teachers who are dedicated to guiding and supporting students in their yoga journey. Katie Curry, one of the teachers at Yoga West, has over 25 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and has received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certificate. Her classes focus on alignment, compassion, and creating a light-hearted atmosphere for students to explore and deepen their practise.
Another teacher, Robin Wilner, E-RYT 500, has been teaching yoga for 14 years in various cities around the United States. With a warm and friendly teaching style, Robin believes that every yoga practise is a gateway to infinite possibilities. She offers Vinyasa, Candlelight Yin, and Pre-natal yoga classes.
