What classes and training do you offer?

We offer traditional Korean Taekwondo focused on fitness, flexibility, confidence and concentration in a safe and fun environment. You are welcome at all ages, abilities, fitness levels and belt levels.

When and where do you train in Maitland?

Accepted Answer

For all ages, we train Monday and Wednesday 6pm to 7pm at Somerset Park Sporting Complex, Somerset Drive, Somerset Park Thornton. For school age only, we train Wednesday 3.15pm to 4.15pm at St Catherine's Catholic College, Singleton.
