Yes, we offer kids classes and adults classes, as well as 1 on 1 private lessons and personal training.
Beginners are most welcome, and we also offer a new member special with a free 30 minute private for those who sign up for 1 month.
We specifically cater for the over 30s, including those with injuries or limitations, and for those who lack fitness and conditioning.
