Abbey wants to extend a personal invite to the sports community to join her at Abbey's Yin Yoga Solihull for some relaxing and rejuvenating yoga sessions. Based in Solihull, Abbey offers a variety of yoga classes and workshops, with a special focus on Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is great for targeting deep tissues, promoting flexibility and overall wellbeing. Abbey blends both active (Yang) and passive (Yin) poses in her classes for a balanced practise. Her style is all about breath-based Hatha yoga, emphasising Ocean breath (Ujjayi breath) and mindful movements. She guides students through gentle poses, helping you explore your body and find stillness.

Abbey’s classes suit all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Flexibility isn't a must, and she welcomes everyone regardless of body type or ability. She aims to create an inclusive space where everyone feels at ease.

Abbey recommends bringing your own yoga mat and a blanket or fluffy towel for comfort. Yoga blocks are handy but provided if needed. Dress warmly, especially during colder months, and wearing socks can add to your comfort.

Classes are held at Our Lady of the Wayside Parish Hall in Shirley, Solihull. The red brick hall is easy to find and comes with ample parking.

For payments, you can pay in advance via Paypal or in cash on the day. Abbey asks that you inform her of any new niggles or injuries before class to ensure a safe experience.

There are ticket options to suit different needs: an Intro Offer for the first class at £3, Pay As You Go for £7 per class, or a 5 Class Pass for £30 (which works out at £6 per class). The 5 Class Pass is valid for 3 months.
