For the little ones aged 3-6, we have our Lil Dragons programme that not only provides a safe martial arts workout but also promotes a healthy mind. This programme focuses on building confidence and discipline in a fun and engaging way. For children aged 7-12, our Ninja Kids classes instil the importance of making the right choices in life and navigating peer pressures.

We also cater to teenagers between the ages of 13-16, offering a class aimed at nurturing them into confident and brave young adults. Our adult lessons, available for those 17 and above, guarantee a transformation in fitness, strength, and confidence. Enrolling in our classes will leave you feeling fitter, stronger, slimmer, and more confident than ever before.

At AMA Cheshire, we understand the need for convenience, which is why we have a flexible timetable that includes morning and evening classes throughout the week. Additionally, we can also provide one-on-one classes for a more personalised training experience.
