Acceleration, Speed, Edges for Ages 8 & 9

Hey everyone, the Burlington Pond Hockey Training Centre has a great opportunity coming up for young hockey players! Their Acceleration, Speed, and Edges program is perfect for kids aged 8 to 9 who want to work on their skating skills. Led by Coach Ryan, this program will cover everything from stride technique to generating power through edges. Participants will work on transitions, crossovers, and different types of acceleration both with and without a puck. It's a fantastic way to build a solid foundation for hockey.
