We teach the basic elements of partner based acro yoga so you can learn to fly and build confidence. No yoga or acrobatics experience is required and you can join without needing a partner.

Our acroyoga classes are based in Bristol (Clifton) and we run sessions every Tuesday at The Exercise Club.
