GROUND FIGHTING FOR REAL-WORLD APPLICATION. Bac Fu Do's approach to ground fighting goes beyond traditional submission holds. Instead, students are trained in dynamic striking, kicking, takedowns, and some grappling moves from the ground. This practical approach ensures that students are equipped with techniques that are applicable in real-world self-defence scenarios.

In addition to enhancing self-defence skills, training in Bac Fu Do also helps students improve their overall fitness levels.
