We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and tailored treatments to our clients. To ensure the best results, we require a 1 ON 1 assessment before participating in our pilates classes. We offer small group clinical pilates classes with no more than 4 participants, where you will receive individualised programmes and guidance from our trained physiotherapists.
At Activate Physio, we understand that your time is valuable, which is why we also offer online appointments with our TeleHealth services. With just a Skype, FaceTime, or PhysiTrack app session, you can receive remote assessment, high-quality advice, and self-treatment tips and exercises to speed up your recovery.
