Active + Milford Physiotherapy operates during convenient hours throughout the week to accommodate busy schedules. They are open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays and Thursdays, from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm on Tuesdays, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm on Wednesdays, and from 7:45 am to 5:30 pm on Fridays. They do have modified hours during the Christmas holidays and are closed on statutory holidays.
