Active+ Silverdale, led by the experienced team including Jon, is here to support sports players with a range of services. Conveniently located at 3 Brian Smith Drive in Silverdale, within the same building as Weiti Creek Medical Centre, Jon's team is easily accessible to the Rodney District community.

Jon and the team specialise in managing sports injuries, work injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and post-operative recovery. They also offer specialised concussion management and return-to-work programmes. Direct access to their services is available, whether your need is private or ACC-related.

In addition to physiotherapy, Jon's occupational therapists can help with workplace health and safety, assessing and improving ergonomics to prevent injuries.

For everyone's safety, Jon asks that visitors wear masks, sanitise hands, and undergo COVID screening questions. If you're unwell, please reschedule or opt for a Telehealth appointment.

Unable to visit the clinic? Jon's team offers Telehealth services for remote consultations and treatments, and can assist with lodging insurance claims.
