Join Stardust Dance Academy's adult classes in Northstowe, Cambridge! Whether you're new to dance or a seasoned dancer or Yogi, these classes are designed to be enjoyable and inclusive, providing a safe environment to enhance your physical and mental well-being while connecting with others in your community.
The classes take place at both the college and the Cabin Community Centre in Northstowe. On Tuesdays, we offer Adult Ballet at Northstowe Secondary College from 7pm to 8pm. Dance Fit takes place on Wednesdays at The Cabin, and on Sundays, you can join our Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) class at Northstowe Secondary College from 10.30am to 11.30am. We also have pop-up classes for Yoga by Candlelight on Thursdays; stay tuned for the dates in 2024.
If you're unsure about committing to a full block of classes, you have the option to book a trial class beforehand. Some classes even allow pay-as-you-go drop-in options, giving you more flexibility in your attendance.
Current prices for our classes are as follows: Adult Ballet is £8.50 per class for block bookings, and trial classes are available. The current block runs from January 9th to February 13th, 2024. For Sunday Yoga, it's £8 per class for block booking or £8.50 for drop-ins. The current block runs from January 7th to February 17th, 2024, with no class on January 21st. Dance Fit is priced at £7 per class for block bookings, and trial classes are available. The current block runs from January 10th to February 14th, 2024.
In addition to our regular classes, we also organise exciting pop-up classes and events such as Candlelit Yoga on Thursdays (dates to be announced in 2024) and Evening Retreats, which include yoga, mindfulness, and Sound Journeys (dates to be announced in 2024).
