Join the Adult Multi Sports Sessions at Littlehampton Wave, the fantastic fitness club in Littlehampton. These sessions are perfect for adults with a learning disability and/or autism, and are designed to be inclusive and engaging.
During these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities. Whether you have a competitive spirit or just enjoy having fun, there's something for everyone. Boccia, Kurling, and Short Tennis are just a few of the exciting options available.
The sessions run every Thursday from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, but please note that they only take place during term time. We understand that accessibility is important, which is why the sessions are supported by our amazing facilitator.
The cost to join in on the action is just $3 per week, and the best part is that carers can attend for free. However, if you require 1-1 support, it's necessary to bring your own support person along.
