Scuba Skool, a Scuba Diving club in Lisburn, invites all diving enthusiasts to join them for an exciting local Scuba Diving event. This event is a fantastic opportunity to gain more experience in diving adventures and work towards earning your PADI Adventure Diver certification.
The Adventure Diver course is designed to build upon the skills you acquired during your open water course. It offers adventure and fun while allowing you to explore different types of dives. Throughout the weekend, you will have the chance to complete three adventure dives that will help you become a better and more controlled diver. By enhancing your safety, comfort, and confidence in the water, this course will take your diving abilities to the next level.
Don't worry if you consider yourself a beginner diver! The advanced open water course is suitable for divers who have already completed their PADI Open Water course. It is not necessary to be an “advanced” diver to participate in this course.
During the adventure dives, you will be under the direct supervision of our highly qualified and experienced PADI dive instructors. They will guide you through sample dives from the extensive list of PADI Speciality dives. Adventure Dives are available for scuba divers aged 10 and older, with additional Adventure Dives open to those aged 12 and above.
The course typically includes three dives with an instructor, usually taking place over two days in the ocean. However, if conditions permit, it may be completed in just one day. It is essential to hold an open water qualification with PADI or another recognised training organisation. Additionally, you will need to study the course manual and complete the Knowledge Review sections. Most of the course requires a minimum age of 10, while some speciality dives have a minimum age requirement of 12.
Although there is no maximum age limit, you must ensure you are physically fit to dive. The course fee covers E-Learning and all necessary equipment. To secure your spot, kindly book through our website and complete the medical fitness form prior to attending.
